Broward County needs strong representation.

 

With term limits on the horizon, we are losing many of our high-ranking leaders in Tallahassee.  If South Florida is to be well represented in Tallahassee, we need proven leadership and proven experience.

 

I have that experience.

My background and track record as a City Commissioner, a Florida House member and a Broward County School Board member gives me the leadership credentials and experience we will need in the coming decade.  I know the ropes in Tallahassee and my success in passing bills important to our community will serve us well.

With the budget shortfalls, the crisis in our schools and the threats to our health care system, we cannot afford to have anything less than a proven champion for our

community. We need someone who is not afraid to

stand up and fight for us!

That is why I am running for the State Senate.

Those who know me know that I am not just an effective lawmaker, but I am also a seasoned campaigner who will work hard for every single vote.  In five campaigns, I have earned the trust of the voters and I intend to do that again.  I believe we can reach that goal but I need your support.
